Return Policy

Our return policy includes; eligibility, timeframes, and steps for returning or exchanging products purchased online.

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sales@spinysolutions.com and we will work with you on a resolution. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the item.
